  * d/p/u: Avoid processing other events while waiting for snap id.
    Window creation is a synchronous process, so we must make sure to not
    process any other events while we're waiting for a response from snapd.
    This is achieved by using a temporary GMainContext instead of the default.

    A snap may provide some desktop apps and some CLI apps.
    While iterating the apps provided by the snap in search of a desktop file
    that matches, we should acknowledge the fact that some snap apps will have
    no associated desktop file.
    It is otherwise considered a programming error to try and access a json
