  python-pip (8.1.1-2ubuntu0.5) xenial; urgency=medium

  * d/patches/requires-python.patch: Add support for Requires-Python,
    backported from 9.0.0. virtualenv is installing setuptools 45.0.0 into
    Python 2.7 virtualenvs, which leaves broken virtualenvs.
    As libraries drop Python 2.7 support, this becomes more and more useful
    for 2.7 users to continue to use older versions of the libraries.

      with python2.
