  * Added patch to support php-cas fixed for CVE-2022-39369
    - debian/patches/fix-php-cas-api-change-for-cve-2023-39369.patch
  * Remove override_dh_auto_build from debian/control as it FTBFS and
    doesn't appear necessary
  * Force php-cas to be higher than 1.3.8-1ubuntu0.20.04.1 in debian/rules
