  * Adjust dpkg-maintscript-helper usage to allow for easier backports
  * Adjust build-dependencies for PHP7.0 to allow for easier backports
  * Make mythtv-setup script more flexible for backports
  * New upstream checkout (15cf421)
    - This reflects the 28 release of MythTV.

    dpkg-maintscript-helper bits, to avoid code duplication everywhere.
