  * Packaging changes between 20160325 and 20160413:
  * Adjust dpkg-maintscript-helper usage to allow for easier backports
  * Adjust build-dependencies for PHP7.0 to allow for easier backports
  * Make mythtv-setup script more flexible for backports
  * New upstream checkout (15cf421)
    - This reflects the 28 release of MythTV.

  * debian/patches/update_mythweb_for_php7.patch: Update documentation
    and nginx configuration for php7.0.
  * Use dpkg-maintscript-helper to move the apache conf files.

  * Use debian/mythweb.maintscript and dh_installdeb for the
    dpkg-maintscript-helper bits, to avoid code duplication everywhere.
