python-django-evolution (0+svn164-1) experimental; urgency=low

  * New upstream snapshot:
    - "Fixed #82: Modified the evolve command to only capture Evolution
      exceptions. Thanks to SmileyChris for the patch."
    - "Modified evolve command to check for pre-existing --verbosity option,
      introduced in Django 9110."
    - "Fix an issue with changing a field type to a different, but db
      type-compatible class (such as subclasses). We now check when the
      field_type has changed and determine if the two classes have the same
      resulting get_internal_type()."
