hammerhead (2.1.3-9.2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix FTBFS with latest libssl. Thanks to Ilya Barygin
    for the patch from Ubuntu. Closes: #622076.
  * Misc cleanups prompted by lintian:
    + Add ${misc:Depends}
    + Update to debhelper compat level 8
    + Add initial build-arch and build-indep rules
    + Update Standards-Version
    + Clarify licensing (explicitly GPL v2) in copyright file.
    + Fix man bugs in hammerhead.1
    + Replace dh_clean -k with dh_prep
