libidl (0.8.14-0.2ubuntu2) precise; urgency=low

  * The "Depends: cpp:any" syntax cannot be used until after Ubuntu 12.04
    LTS. Introduce a new libidl-common binary package as a workaround for
    the time being, which exists only to depend on cpp (LP: #931388).
