    - CVE-2020-5963, CVE-2020-5967.
  * debian/templates/control.in:
    - make the DKMS dependency less strict.

      nvidia-dkms, to keep user space in sync with the kernel modules.
  * debian/rules:
    - expose DEBIAN_VERSION.
