    - d/p/0005-upstream-gfx1151-support.patch: add patch from upstream
    - d/t/upstream-binaries: isolate tests to prevent batch execution failures
    - d/b/run-tests: standardize test execution by adding a run-tests
      binary (LP: #2148386)
