While the upstream dash cannot be destroyed, in ubuntu we use use it in
dash-to-dock and each dash instance is destroyed every time we lock the
screen, thus it's important to disconnect from global signals or we end
up leaking them (and thus a memory hog) and potentially access to
destroyed data.
