libtextcat (2.2-10) unstable; urgency=low

  * merge from Ubuntu:
    - debian/control: Drop libtool, automake1.7, autoconf build dependencies
      again. debian/rules doesn't actually use them, and automake1.7 is a thing
      of the distant past.
