libsvg-ruby (1.0.3-5) unstable; urgency=low

  [ Antonio Terceiro ]
  * debian/rules: removed tweaking of build vars due to use of old install.rb;
    now using packaged setup.rb as of ruby-pkg-tools 0.13
  * debian/control:
    + Added Build-Depends on ruby-pkg-tools >= 0.13.
    + Upgraded to standards version 3.7.3. Changed debhelper versioned
      Build-Depends to >= 5.0.0.
    + Added Homepage field.
    + Added myself as uploader.
    + Added Dm-Upload-Allowed field to allow Debian Maintainers to make
      uploads.
  * debian/copyright: added the copyright year, according to upstream home
    page.
