libapache-configfile-perl (1.18-7) unstable; urgency=low

  * Add debian/README.source to document quilt usage, as required by
    Debian Policy since 3.8.0.
  * debian/control: Changed: Switched Vcs-Browser field to ViewSVN
    (source stanza).
  * debian/control: Added: ${misc:Depends} to Depends: field.
  * Add new patch 15globs.patch to support Include lines with file globbing;
    thanks to Stefan Schlesinger for the bug report (closes: #519271). Refresh
    other patches.
