popt (1.16-3ubuntu1) precise; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian testing, remaining changes:
    - Build-depend on gettext:any instead of just gettext, for
      cross-compilation support.
  * Move the .pc file to the multiarch directory so libpopt-dev remains
    Multi-Arch: same.
