  mysql-8.4 (8.4.5-0ubuntu0.2) plucky; urgency=medium

  * Update mysql-server logrotate config to fix issues
    - Add su directive to logrotate config to run as mysql user and adm group
      (LP: #2112151).
    - Update logrotate script to test if mysql-server is online before flushing
      logs (LP: #1850980).
