  * SECURITY UPDATE: Cookie header denial of service.
    - debian/patches/CVE-2024-52804.patch: Replace algorithm in _OctalPatt,
      _QuotePatt, and _nulljoin with _unquote_sub in tornado/httputil.py. Add
      tests.
