  * Suggest -doc package when installing -dev package
  * Add d/p/0004-fix-cmake-hip-host-visibility.patch to ensure
    HIP library requirements are propagated via CMake
  * d/rules: explicitly disable LTO to prevent FTBFS when LTO is
    enabled by default
