  * Merge from Debian testing (LP: #913459).
  * Fix fix FTBFS with ld-as-needed:
    + debian/rules: removed LDFLAGS
    + new patch fix-FTBFS-ld-as-needed.patch: patch configure.ac
      to include "-lm -ldl" in the right place
  * Drop changes:
    + debian/control: Change build depend from automake1.7 to automake,
      debian has set automake1.10
